There is nothing to say the capital raising was just for 40 million from Sophs.
The announcement said the company was considering capital raising intiatives and opportunity.
I would suggest we will not resume trading until tomorrow and there is nothing to say there will not be an opportunity for shareholders to participate in the cap raise as it is not abnormal for a initial cap raise from sophs and a shareholder cap raise to go hand in hand though a retail cap raise is normally a week or so behind in starting.
It will all depend on tomorrows announcement.
