Yep - announcement will say it all. I actually have my fingers crossed it was an unsolicited offer to get a share of the company from someone bigger who wants to use IOU's proprietary platform. I know some names have been thrown around earlier - Tencent being one. Wouldn't that be exciting if it just wasn't the pure $$ CR, but someone coming in to further develop the company.
All total speculation, but I'm hanging for the announcement so we can all get reading and understand exactly what has been done. I just don't see how the stock will go down to CR price. Everyone knows what IOU is doing. Why the heck would you sell down when you know this has legs for a long time yet. Also a lot of the buying on Monday was well above $0.50, which means anyone selling is doing so at a loss. Again, with such a great story and now $45 million to work with, why would you do that? You'd have to have rocks in your head.
