Also those that are asking why would iPay88 partner with IOU because they could just do it themselves. Well have a look at this straight off the iPay88 and ask yourself if IOUpay would fit in with that model.
IOU have already told us, "two payment gateways" and the biggest connections can be made back to iPay88. It's highly likely that this is one of the merchant service agreements. Opinion only. This would be big considering the popularity of iPay88.
