    yeah instead of buying at near CR price for a 50mill expansion placement, let's sell 300 iou shares to buy one apt, because the 1 apt is surely going to double first.. oh wait a sec, no it won't. not a chance

    apt is blue chip for sure,

    zip probably a lovely small brother to it..

    but iou got that potential.
