Of course this stock price is going well above $1 - parties far more powerful, more resourced and better connected than any of us have effectively made a $65 million dollar wager ($50m cap raise + $15m options) on the stock increasing materially from the 50c level. I'm not saying it won't look like a pump and dump again or anything like that, but you can sure as sh*t guarantee these people are going to make sure they, and/or their clients, get paid. The trick will be being able to work out from the price action what might be a genuine long-term increase in the share price, or what is just games to make sure people can tap out at the desired level.
