The big boys wanted to push the price above the CR, so that no more cheap shares were being bought out by retails or sophs. I think that would be the last time we will see below 50c for IOU.
Nonetheless, we can see a incremental trajectory towards $1+ with multiple MSA's & partnerships along the way.
