Whatever you choose to do is "correct" you just need to be able to live with the consequences. If you don't and it soars you'll regret it, if you do and it soars, you'll think you're the greatest investor of all time. If you do and it halves (I bought more today so I'm betting it'll progress up) will it put you off investing?
1 post on hotcopper makes me think you're new to investing, I've made all the mistakes above, and I'm still investing. Anyone says they get it right all the time is either "god" or not telling the truth. The one thing you've said that makes sense is mid to long term hold which to me is 3 - 5 years. You're on the right track as day trading is the quickest way for a newbie to lose money. This stock has gone up and down by big amounts and you'll need to be able to stomach that. I first bought on Monday 12/10 at 9.9c but people had bought intra-day at 18c on 5/10. If you bought at the high on 5/10 you would have to have been able to hold on until today to be 8.3% up and in the meantime turned down a 23c high (on 19/10) for a 27% gain.
Anyway that's all food for thought, don't buy anything without doing your own research.
    Happy Investing.
