As soon as they announced the CR at .50 there was a very high probability that it was going to retrace to and trade around that price for near term thats just what historically happens with most stocks that undertake a CR the big difference and positive i see with IOU is that a third party approached them and wanted in with lot of CR that happen it is because the company is in financial stress and needs the funds in order to survive that is clearly not the case with IOU so given that and as we are only down a small percentage from that number there is nothing to be overly concerned about in my opinion
