Hi Mondy,
To be frank - with a rapidly evolving Listed small/ micro company the "Company" is and should be NOT the same or remotely similar in some cases to what it was in any past period IOU before even the CR is now a more substantial entity. so, at least start with the CR or better still with the Announcement of the CR. Then elaborate .... NOW that would be a good start !
