Sorry to labour the point that I hoped to have made (along with some others) as some have missed the bend in the road.
Whilst, I did refer to the need for informing the market as part of continuous disclosure etc.

Please, note that since late December 2020 there has been a marked and highly change in BOD, corporate initiative and endeavour which did not exist 9 months ago. Yes, due to new management and the share price has risen dramatically from 19+ cents with the real action happening on 15th February 2021 where share price rose to a high of about 85c closing at 70c settling on about 60+c on 21 February 2021: NO 540% increase ...

So, the Current story of the Listed entity IOU as it is today with an increasingly good story unfolding (unless its grass cut by other enterprising market players by coincidence announced by Gimegimegime 30 March 2021) STARTS from Jan/ Feb 2021 AND the SP has not risen by 540% since then !! I find it disingenuous to the new shareholders which should be welcomed by ALL SH's than to talk about a stock that has increased by 540%.

Many other threaders should accept that the "Newbies" and not the LTH's are the ones supporting and increasing the SP. My shoulders are broad but ... Furthermore, the LTH's not averaging up are "luxuriating out" on the wealth created by the willingness of the Newbies to pay 38c + ...

BUT, to crystallize my point earlier the enterprise value of IOU is markedly increasing but the SP - slides (for a reason ?) in an Corp. Dev. vacuum
