Registered Office 35 Lime Street Sydney but Operationally run out of KL and that is where the BOD would be meeting and Corporate HQ.
AGM could also be held in KL with a Function Room or Centre being provided for a reasonable number of SH's and video conferenced - but will be Real Time. A lot will depend on the location of the physical location of SH base and significant SH's especially when it comes to the AGM.
