    Regardless of the gross sales that are achieved, the important thing is the contribution to the bottom line. Your CEO said in his video that if there are gross sales of $1m per week the gross profit before below-the-line costs will be $240k per annum. The whole $1m per week does not flow to the bottom line as the initial cost of buying the pre-paid services, ie cost of sales, has to be deducted from that.

    Admin overheads for that business can include manager and support staff salaries, rent, communication costs, insurance, bad debts, depreciation of equipment plus a share of corporate costs like audit and accounting, ASIC and ASX fees. The list goes on......
