Too late I think for that private crypto's are already so established plus the premise is crypto is a decentralized means of transferring wealth, ownership or whatever. Once governments suggest their own sovreign crypto's your centralizing it, then the government would need to establish guidelines around its use and highly stringent conditions on its use andddddd we're pretty much back to banking. IMHO
