They have $3.5mil cash and are pretty much cash neutral through their existing business. So the full $3.5mil can be used to roll out the bnpl if needed.
Next step is securing credit facility of $50mil to $100mil to fund their loan book.
Thats not a cap raise mate, no dilution effect.
