I used to get frustrated by friends using debt in bad ways e.g. not investing in appreciating assets. What does it matter to me though? People will borrow money however they can whether I like it or not. Now I'm not concerned with the why, I'm concerned with the how can I profit from what the market wants? Another reason to not get personal with investments I guess.
