Cheers 612 missed that one it is confusing, although something similar was said/written for the iPayy88 ANN - selecting most valuable merchants etc, Russell maybe getting confused with that rollout ANN ?? I thought that any merchants less than the Quoted 50K would be because they didn't "Tick" the box so to speak and would not be offered IOU's services. I guess the only other reason for Non-Sign-Ups would be those Merchants outside of Malaysia.
