Your article is dated late-June and the acquisition occurred in mid-April as an example, but if you look at articles relating to the acquisition it shows that Fave was merely selling coupons mostly.

We have already launched BNPL ourselves and signed deals with merchants and onboarded hundreds of merchants. So we are far, far ahead (and a different business) than what Fave was when it was purchased.

So the Fave buyout would only have meaning if we were to sell the digital payments business, and not anything re MyIOU given Fave was not offering BNPL at the time of the buyout.
