If not very actually breaching the ASX compliance rules - using social media to announce the hard launch is not the same thing. If these guys want investors to take them seriously as a turn-around story they can start with polishing up some of the housekeeping. That also includes ditching the preposterous 5pm Friday quarterly announcements.
