As far as I am aware both Easystore and iPay88 were going to be selected merchants - not a mass email. Happy to be corrected, but that was the impression I got. Also, agree with @stonks1127 - was there something indicating they were doing a one time mass mail out?
As far as your comment of "it's been downhill ever since", I am not sure what you are referring to. I am assuming the share price, but would you care to elaborate? Share price as far as I am concerned will take care of itself once we get news of numbers of onboarding merchant numbers, but this will take time. I agree with others that some more communication from the company would be helpful, but I am also happy to wait for the quarterly with a business update. I know that is not what a lot of other people want, but I am fine with waiting.
IOU just needs some time. It is still in the infancy of the BNPL. Things are lining up for them. Now it's a waiting game for numbers.
