Over 7 in 10 Malaysians aware of digital banking services. The study by Visa Malaysia showed that they are looking forward to digital banking needs with the highest interest to use digital banking services for bill payments (79%)transferring money (69%)payment at retail location (62%)
The study shows the nation has seen a significant acceleration adoption due to pandemic.visa Malaysia based on findings are open to traditional banks and also show new entrants that will be issued digital banking licence.
