Agreed there is almost no institutional interest here - short interest is pretty much 0%, so no one has been shorting the price down, and no substantial holder notices, so no one accumulating more than $5m-$6m+ worth of stock. Monday is spot on that this is pretty much all retail looking at this one currently.
