I thought maybe now that this court thing has all been resolved we might get back to some intelligent conversation about IOU before it opens tomorrow. Absolutely the issue with the cleansing statement has come about because the company asked for a report to be done. Why? Well as others have said, it is absolutely for someone coming in to take a strategic stake in the company. Not a takeover, but I think there is definitely a deal brewing. A nice little 20% stake by iPAY88 would be perfect, though I wouldn't say no to Razer coming onboard. Whoever it is, it will only strengthen IOU as it starts to really build on it's BNPL offering
