Based on my research the average salary of civil servants is 3000MYR. Let's say 50% is used for debt repayments that leaves 1500MYR. IOUpay instant approval is only 1000MYR. Increased credit rate can be applied for however this has a more strict approval process. I would assume this would be where CTOS would come in.
