Hold as long as you want mate. I'm just voicing an opinion that if you believe in a company and it's ability to come back why wouldn't you sell at a high and buy back in at a low? (Thereby increasing your stake rather than copping a huge paper loss. And if it comes back to your sell price you're miles better off.)
But if you know better you keep HODLing and don't be a 'weak' or 'paper' hands bloke.
