After next week our cash balance is down to circa $30mil of which another $20mil is earmarked for IDSB Tranche 2 .
Not sure how they will fund the BNPL loan book and admin expense on just $10mil ?
IOU would need a warehouse finance setup pretty soon before credit markets tighten right up from China flow on effects if any.
If no warehouse finance then worst case yes it would need a CR.
But generally, you don't do a CR to fund the BNPL loan book.
