Would be prudent for IOU to get access to warehouse financing of some form sooner rather than later.
If not debt then it will have to be equity CR.
Should be done prior to the liquidity and money markets having more negative sentiments with the Evergrande saga which would drag out i think.
IF Evergrande survives then we should be right.
Even the Feb 50c raise caught everyone totally off-guard as at the time of the CR IOU had around $10mil cash holding and at the time IOU were still far away from having their BNPL product ready for the market.
Who would have thought they would raise $50mil in Feb ?
Fast forward to where we are now, IOU is pushing its BNPL product to market but doesn't seen to be in a rush to secure more funding ?
$30mil does not go very far ..
