I'm sure plenty have jumped on board waiting on a pump from a good quarterly, which I guess is standard. But the same people who are waiting also know in general after hour release especially before weekend is not a good sign.
BUT if you have been following IOU you would know for some reason they release at the end of deadline. It's a gamble for some and educated guess for others.
