I am surprised its at these levels again.
As I did say before - I didn't think the quarterly would move the sp much, thinking it would hold neutral at least instead its dropped to 22..
Chart wise it does not appear to be ready for a turn up just yet.
Just a simple scan of IOU's past trading patterns we can see below blue circles of an indication of when the downtrend will turn green.
It does not appear so at this point in time.
