Why do you say that?
$40m investment returning 10% per annum is paid for in 10 years. Given IDSB is a growing business and has a new partnership with RHB Bank it will likely return more than 10%. Not factoring in any other benefits. Based solely on financials it's a sound investment worth the dollar value. I mean it's a better investment than say PPI don't you think?
