I don't really want to be the bearer of bad news, but from what I know, they are NOT a member of any of the bidders.
I'm not sure why investors think they were bidding for a digital banking licence, its not really part of their BNPL focused plan.
They are going to be given to proven large operators that have strong relationships with industry and government. To put it simply, IOUpay aren't one of them.
