See Harmoney today announced they secured $20mil debt facility ONLY to be used to fund their receivables loan book.
Operating expenses would need to be funded via a CR or if someone takes a stake in IOU via injection of cash for say 15c per share or lower, that is still a CR and a dilution which shareholders do not get to participate in.
