Payment in stock usually happen when there is a merger between public listed companies, IDSB is private so this isn't a surprise they decided on cash payment. There was a deadline for these payment so this would have diluted the sh*t out of O/S right now given the low pps and then IDSB would have had to sell a lot on the market.
