I don't have an issue with the IDSB purchase. I am trusting management they know what they are doing. They wouldn't use that much of their CR without good reason. Personally, though I know many others would disagree, I can see a lot of synergies plus I think there is still a great deal of growth left in the IDSB loan book. I think it can still double from here in the next few years. The dividend from that alone justifies the purchase
