That is the main worry now with sp up strongly in a short span of time, do they do a CR or wait. Also as you say the asx ticket could be waiting around the corner which might force the company to say something.
It could soon be the case of damned if you do a CR , and damned if you dont and the sp retreats back to something closer to its 2 month vwap
Very interesting now to see how this plays out.
