As a large hold of IOU (for a long while) I'm on that consensus also, you really need to see what is happening in the space.
No announcement with the troubling news around the world plus the flow of markets which heavily impacts us. I'd be AMAZED if we don't see -10% in IOU today.
I've only accumulated around the 16c mark - I don't play these buy/sell games especially so close to AGM. Good way to get burnt.
