Hover the curser over the offending PITA Avatar / Profile picture, options of ; Profile, Follow OR "Ignore" pop up - you know what to do from this point.
On a Phone
Depending on their settings, you can click on the PITA's Avatar / Profile picture & options of Follow OR "Ignore username" hit "Ignore" - Job Done
OR
If their Profile is restricted by their settings go to your profile / "My Account" (top right) scroll down to Ingnored Users, depending on how many you have on Ignore, scroll again to bottom you will see a "Search User Box" type offending PITA hit search & then hit "Ignore Member" - again Job Done Tick
