Paul Russell has experience in brokering deals. He has a degree in economics. He's not a marketer. If we're being honest with ourselves he's only really been hired to fulfill the requirement of having 2 board members residing in Australia. His skills would be useful to the company but in my opinion he's really just making up the numbers. It's a Malaysian business operating in Malaysia. I'm not sure if Paul would be much help in an operational sense. As he resides in Australia he has the capacity to communicate with Australian investors about the company. We're not seeing a lot of that from him though. In regards to the performance options, I believe this is because his salary is quite low.

While Paul Russell doesn't have a marketing background I think more could be done by him and the company in terms of public relations.
