There can be much truth in the sentiment, it all relies on the term sheet of your buy in. If you were seeking instant gratification, then you are right, management has done a poor job of selling the story and exciting the market. However if your seeking a true investment of long term growth over relative medium term hold, then management has def delivered to date if you bought in at 6 to 10 cents, but with a caveat of the above it would've achieved much better VWAP over the time.
The biggest risk to IOU is costs v delivery of revenue v completive risks.
Competition is rising, cosy of increased staffing levels and lower ROI is concerning, so it can only mean two things, revenue is expected to increase or costs outwiegh revenue, lm tipping the former.
But this slow drag is tiresome to say the least.
