I wouldn’t like to speculate on bad debt, it is what it is. If an investor thought that would not be a downside risk in any lending business then I’d argue you had not done your homework.

so long as they manage this within generally accepted lending risk then there is no reason they can’t be regarded good or best practice risk managers.

I’m more interested in the lending recycling if any and although not expecting an update on their 3 streams but it would be a bonus.
