If 42% of the company is worth an offer of 42 million to IOU, the total value of the company to IOU is...?
And yeah. Like I said, the 100 million total value number I based on 800 million loan book, not knowing how much they can expect in future revenue from the book, them not actually "owning" the loans, and not knowing the actual full size of their customer database.
