I'm not trying to argue with you I'm just giving an opinion that tencent has it's own bnpl system not one but 7 of them ( more so as Alibaba) and most of them have been on the market for longer than 10yrs. Some of them has separate share code.

Now, with ioupay because it contains personal loan services that imp it can be a strong selling point to enter Asian market ( mortgage is always difficult with bank in Asia) . And I do hope ioupay can go strong on this one by a new business model. One reason is lots of Asian countries don't use credit default system so it's kinda insecure for bnpl unless it's a social security system linked app which for now is only tencent and not seeing more to come for short to mid term.
