Not so sure why so many people are talking about expansion into South Korea. The new director worked in Seoul and he also worked in Manhattan, New York. Does that mean IOU is expanding into the US as well? Drawing a pretty long bow if you ask me.

He's a commercial lawyer and has a strong interest in fintech. He has worked at investment firms so it's more likely that his expertise would be used to secure a cornerstone investor or would have relationships and working knowledge of how financial institutions such as banks and payment gateways would work. That's the reason I believe he was appointed.
