Hi Ryzie - yes having to re-read the December operational update several times, I see that IOU has in fact already gotten approval by the payment gateway and partnering Bank. With this alone, I believe IOU is already in a position to rollout their BNPL offering.

There are other due diligence with other banks or partnerships. But it bodes well for IOU with it already meeting criterias and passing due diligence process of the first crop of payment gateways and their banks.

This helps IOU tremendously when it enters into more MSAs with other gateways and/or new bank partnerships - where IOU has already passed the test with others would very much fast track the approval process of the next batch of deals and tie ups.
