Razer and Rely has partnered up so Rely could just be relying on Razer's financial licences to conduct their bnpl.
Rely has also recently secured $150mil credit to bank roll its bnpl book.
I dont think ever reading Hoolah having gotten the Msian license yet - could be in progress for them. They aren't making much noise in Malaysia yet.
I am wondering if the IOU's partnering bank / payment gateway provider might come through with some funding for bnpl ?
