Some big whale or instos are capping the price and happy to load up at 10c. When I was just starting out in shares and investing this use to annoy me and put me off. However at the same time it gives us some confidence that this share has the potential to rise exponentially. I myself have based my buys on the long-term growth of IOU. Solid new experienced mgt, market cap, running business and a record of reinventing itself at each stage (pivot into BNPL from payment system) would be reasons to invest in IOU.
