Read the proxy form I posted. All the people they want to come onboard are all old BOD who were booted out. They're the ones that have called this meeting. All the ones they want to remove are existing BOD who are doing a good job. Read up on some history of this company and you'll see why you don't want them coming back.
It will affect the share price because the old BOD were useless. If they got voted in I would be selling my 4 million shares in a flash. Believe me, old BOD members would make the share price drop by half. Current BOD and their BNPL plans will see this company be successful in the years to come
