I personally think the Global Partnership is with Ant Group. If that's the case, anyone who can remember when APT announced it's partnership with Tencent, the share literally went balistic. I agree with Malatop, some big announcement will hit the market before Chinese New Year. Aaron would love to hand some 'Ang Pow' to it's patient shareholders.
