Thoughts on Figures....................
I know we've all been rattling figures in our heads, so I thought I would put some out there, now that we actually have some figures from one of our payment gateways.
Easystore has revenue of $450 million. It has been statistically proven over and over that a merchant offering BNPL will see anywhere from a 10% to 30% increase in sales. So let's look at those scenarios just with Easystore
10% = $45 million revenue
20% = $90 million revenue
30% = $135 million revenue
Stocks with rapid growth easily command a 20x multiple for MC, so let's work on that.
$45 million = MC $900 million = $1.98 per share
$90 million = MC $1.8 Billion = $3.96 per share
$135 million = MC $2.7 Billion = $5.94 per share
If that wasn't interesting enough, let's assume (for fun), that the other payment gateway and the bank also do same amouts of revenue. Applying the same formula as above, we suddenly get into extremely exciting areas.
10% = $135 million revenue
20% = $270 million revenue
30% = $405 million revenue
Applying same multiple
$135 million = MC $2.7 million = $5.94 per share
$270 million = MC $5.4 Billion = $11.88 per share
$405 million = MC 8.1 Billion = $17.82 per share
I'm not saying this is going to happen right now, but this is the potential. Platform is ready, app is ready, terminals are ready. Now it's just a matter of how many merchants activate the BNPL option.
All of this is just on existing stuff we know. Does not take into account any sort of other signings either in Malaysia or other countries. We will start to see some of this happening this year and once full yramped up and financed I believe these are not fanciful figures. They are doable.
Why the heck would you not want to stay invested in this company!. I have promised myself to stop looking at iron ore companies, lithium companies, cannabis companies, or the next "hot" sector. I am staying put and hopefully watch the above come to fruition in the next year or two
All IMO and happy to be shot down, but I'm sticking to the above and will happily copy and paste this back in a few years to say I told you so
