I have only one thing to say about people thinking that they are clever by trying to build a wall at the sell side. "You are not clever, far from it". I know some may need money for one reason or another, but if you were selling because of a better opportunity elsewhere, I would say "I am not sure any such opportunity exists" and furthermore "clearly you are not trying to secure the opportunity for a life changing amount of money"
