They have the ability to change the sector in Asia, being the first major BNPL player there with established banking connections.
Furthermore we can see more Asian investment being poured into IOU if they were to dual-list the company in either Shanghai or Tokyo stock exchange.
The Australian BNPL is already overcrowded but with IOU it is entering into an Asian market which is yet to be fully utilised and tapped into.
The growth potential is endless.
